Orito & Associates has completed inspections on the 44 million dollar design-build project Fresno Braided Ramps. Providing inspections in a timely and proactive manner has helped the client achieve schedule and quality objectives. Orito & Associates is partnering with Danken Engineering on two grade separation projects totaling an engineer’s estimate of 80 million dollars. Pro-active approach in support of the Quality Control Manager Understanding the fluidity of design/build projects, our inspectors will accommodate the project’s schedule as needed.Assist in the coordination of QC/QA testing.
Assist with document control for successful audits by agency representatives.Facilitate coordination with third party quality assurance testing and inspections.Assist with QC Surveying Reduce non-conformance issues to a minimum by taking a pro-active approach to inspections.
PROJECTS
Orito & Associates, Inc. partnered with RL Brosamer/Walsh in constructing the State Route 180 Fresno Braided Ramps.
The braided ramps headlined news in the California central valley as one of the largest design-builds to ever be implemented in the state with total project and related costs nearing $70 million. Orito & Associates provided quality assurance construction management for critical point activities.
Orito & Associates, Inc. partnered with Danken Engineering Group for the North Vineyard Grade Separation in Ontario, CA. Orito & Associates provided quality assurance inspection and local structure representative duties for the highly anticipated under-crossing near the Ontario Airport.
